Once your shoes arrive at RFK, sit back, relax, and let us work our magic. When your service is complete, we’ll notify you by email and ship your freshly ReFreshed kicks right back to your doorstep.

Absolutely! We use quality cleaning products and carefully select the proper products and techniques based on your shoe’s material. From leather and suede to mesh, canvas, knits, rubber, and more, your kicks are treated with the care they deserve.

Yes! In addition to our professional cleaning services, RFK offers a variety of sneaker repair and restoration options, including regluing, patching holes in canvas and Flyknit materials, repainting, sole swaps, un-yellowing, and more.

We clean just about everything! From sneakers and athletic shoes to dress shoes and boots, RFK provides professional care for a wide variety of footwear. We work with materials including leather, suede, nubuck, mesh, canvas, fabric, knits, vinyl, patent leather, faux leather, rubber, and more.
Each pair is treated according to its specific material, condition, and cleaning needs to deliver the best possible results while protecting your footwear.
Standard cleanings are typically completed within 2–3 business days. More detailed restoration services—including re-glues, re-dyes, repaints, sole swaps, and other specialty work—may require a minimum of one week, depending on the condition of the footwear and the service requested.

From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps for mail-in or drop-off (launching soon), and you’ll be able to follow your order as your kicks go through the RFK process.
